Order and Payment Policy

Agreement to Terms: By placing an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this policy.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full at the time of the order.

Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay.

Orders will not be fulfilled unless payment is made in full at least 2 weeks before the event.

Order Fulfillment:

We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not fit within our schedule.

No changes to orders will be allowed within 6 days of your event.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

50% of the payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer.

100% of the payment is non-refundable if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the event.

No refunds will be issued if you fail to pick up your order during the confirmed pickup window without prior communication. We understand that circumstances may change, but we ask for timely communication to avoid inconvenience.

If we must cancel your order at any point, a 100% refund will be issued. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the expected pickup time, we will apply a 10% discount to your next order.

Order Modifications:

You may make changes to your order up until 6 days prior to your event. After this point, no changes will be accepted.

Please provide as many details as possible when placing your order to avoid the need for modifications later.

Order Customization:

Pricing varies based on factors such as ingredients, size, layers, toppers, fillings, and flavors. No two cakes are identical in price.

We cannot guarantee an exact replication of a design from another baker, as each cake is unique to our creation process.

Allergy Information:

You are responsible for informing us of any allergies or aversions. Our products may contain gluten, nuts, dairy, or other allergens.

Rush Orders:

A rush fee may apply to orders placed with less than 1 week's notice.

Orders cannot be fulfilled with less than 24 hours notice.

Third-Party Pickup:

If you choose to have a third party (family member, friend, or delivery service such as Uber) pick up your order, we are no longer responsible for its condition once it leaves our premises.

Care Instructions

Storage and Handling:

Cakes with buttercream or cream cheese frosting should be stored in the refrigerator and removed 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving for optimal taste. Leftovers should be refrigerated.

Cakes or cupcakes with whipped topping must be kept refrigerated at all times and do not need to sit out before consumption.

If your home is warm, refrigerate the cake as soon as possible, especially in summer.

Avoid leaving the cake outside for extended periods, as it may melt in high temperatures. Display cakes at room temperature only shortly before serving.

We do not recommend freezing cakes prior to an event, as it may cause condensation when thawed. Leftovers can be frozen.

Transporting Your Cake:

We recommend against driving for long distances (more than 1-2 hours) with the cake in warm weather unless your vehicle has full air conditioning.

Always transport the cake securely and flat. The back seat or trunk of the car is the best option; do not carry the cake on your lap.

Carry the cake from the bottom for stability.
